Sherry Faust


ESLLC President and CEO Sherry Faust is taking the development lead on the NV project. She has been an organizational technician and business consultant, a developer of residential and commercial real estate in California, Louisiana, New Mexico, and, renewable energy projects in New Mexico and Nevada. Her NM company established in 2009 was Private Energy Systems LLC, renamed Energy Systems in 2013 after her move to NV and the company was re-registered there.  The site search began in 2017 with specific criteria to be filled.  The Basin Ave 100 acres fit the bill.

ESLLC first 10MW Solar Project (above) was developed south of Albuquerque and sold at shovel ready.   Currently the 20MW solar plant is being developed in Pahrump, NV, and ESLLC will control and build the project at 3751 Betty Ave, southern border at Basin Ave.  Commercial assets and milestones are well underway. Additional projects are planned, sites identified, three under contract and in planning.   Ms. Faust has also been a banker, general contractor and developer, owner of a ranch in NM, in addition to the consultancy of several other businesses. Renewable energy was pursued in late 2009, and success was had with her first solar project.   Since 2017, the southern Nevada project has been underway.

Martin Mesmer


Martin Mesmer M2PV CEO,  our solar engineer, has received several awards as a solar engineer. Martin has taken on the EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) hat with Clay Jensen, for our Southern Nevada Solar Project. He has installed over 275MW of solar projects; Clay over 1.5GW.  Martin relies heavily on the relationships and experiences he has built over his 20 years in the solar industry.

He started his solar career analyzing the first HIT cells manufactured at Sanyo Solar in Hirakata-City, Japan.  Later, he served as a technical advisor to Intel Capital for photovoltaic investments, built the US PV engineering team for Siemens, and developed E.On’s PV engineering division in San Francisco. In Japan, he has overseen the technical design, negotiation, and implementation of over 275 MW of PV plants for leading IPPs.  In 2020, Japan, Mesmer did due diligence on 7 small scale power plants and redesigned them.  He developed a new business model for resilience driven power plants for small towns in Japan,

Clay Jensen


Registered Professional Engineer (Civil) with a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Clay has over 20 years’ experience working in real estate development with a focus on large scale projects including master planned communities and utility scale solar projects. Clay has led numerous complex projects through the development process including land acquisition, design, negotiating federal, state and local permits, construction and the sale of assets.  Clay is carrying the Project Manager hat, and has a large network of many vendors, engineers, contractors, electricians and others in the construction trades.  Clay has managed development of over 1 GW of solar projects including the 500 MW Hidden Hills Project and the 500 MW Palen Solar Project. In addition, he was an integral part of the team that constructed the 390MW Ivanpah Solar Project south of Las Vegas."

Nick Denegre

Business Development

Nick Denegre is a sustainable development professional with a diverse background in energy system analytics, project finance, and deal origination.  His hobbies include scuba diving and coral reef restoration, learning foreign languages, and world travel. Nick holds an MS from the University of Graz and a BS in Environmental Earth Science from Eastern Connecticut State University.

David Kerr


David’s Osceola Energy is also a partner with Energy Systems LLC  in Strategic Energy Alliance. He is assisting ESLLC’s CEO with capital acquisition.


Curt Ledford


Curt assists ESLLC on the development of renewable energy projects, on financing and transactions, state and federal permitting efforts, UEPAs, WECC, NERC compliance, environmental law, and contracts. He is also the current Board Chairman for the Clean Energy Project.

Suesan Walker



Suesan Walker has more than 30 years of leadership experience and enough energy to power a small fleet.

Through the years, she has written and received millions of dollars in grants, authored fundraising and nonprofit manuals and delivered workshops to people from all over the USA and England.  She has served as a Girl Scout Leader, a Parks and Recreation Commissioner, as a new Board Member helped create one of the first Neighborhood Councils in Hollywood, California.  She worked with the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office on the Workplace Literacy Taskforce and continues to be active on a number of Boards.

Suesan has received many awards for her community service including two Presidential Awards, one from President George Bush, a second from President Obama, and recently one from President Trump.

As a colleague recently remarked “Wherever she goes, things change for the better”.
